Every tote bag is carefully handmade and hand-painted, so we take a little extra time to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it's shipped.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

During busy seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while Hank carefully prepares your order.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

We currently offer FREE Shipping on all orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
